How do I know that you are qualified?
Understandably some people want to see some evidence that I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. You can see copies of my Diploma and Accreditation by clicking on the images below.
What does the survey cover?
I will record the age and construction of the property, take measurements of the dimensions, examine the heating systems and controls, check the hot water cylinder, look at the windows and doors and check the insulation in the loft space and cavities.
Will there be any damage?
The inspection is purely visual, I will not be drilling walls or taking up floorboards.
How long will it take?
I will need around 15 minutes on site and will normally deliver the report by email next working day. Alternatively I can post a hard copy, this will be sent by first class post next working day.
